Susan McEwen McIntosh

As a registered dietitian for over 30 years, Susan McEwen McIntosh’s background includes recipe development, nutrition analysis, and writing about food and nutrition. Her most recent project has been writing the cookbook, Glorious Grits: America’s Favorite Comfort Food (fresh, flavorful recipes for grits, cornmeal, and polenta), which was published by Oxmoor House, Inc., in October 2009. Susan reports, “Taking this book from concept to publication has been both a challenging and exciting experience for me. After preparing and tasting hundreds of recipes for grits, polenta, and cornmeal, I am thrilled to finally have the finished product in my hands.”
