Welcome to Susan McEwen McIntosh’s site.
She authored the cookbook, Glorious Grits: America’a Favorite Comfort Food. Her background includes working for several years at Southern Living magazine as the company’s first registered dietitian. She authored the first Cooking Light Cookbook and has compiled and edited 18 books and contributed to over 25 other publications for Southern Progress over the past 25 years.
